Intentional Replantation and 3d Obturation with Biodentine of a Resorbed Root in Young People: A Case Report

Referred patient 14 years old (in orthodontic treatment) for a suspected resorption on 2.1 that was exposed to trauma [1]. After an apical x ray, cone beam performed have complete diagnosis [2,3]. Almost the 80% of root is resorbed, after achieving parents’ consent treatment, planned intentional replantation [4] and retrograde approach. In case like this treatment’s goal stop resorption, removing all resorbing tissue rebuild by biodentine’s use [5]. The tooth replanted splinted ortho appliances allow precise position replantation. final X ray control confirmed correct rebuilding anatomy. two weeks endodontic treatment at all. 6 months has completed revealed good response, biodentine‘s stability no sign inflammation. Since preliminary results six with Biodentine rebuilding, in young patient, can be considered as option maintainability till adult age long lasting prosthetic treatments.
